Application Fee $75.00 per person 18+ years (non-refundable)

Administrative Fee $300.00 (non-refundable)

Certificate of Occupancy $50.00 certified check or money order made payable to The Township of Monroe (non-refundable)
 

1st month’s rent (Only prorated rent if moving in before the 15th of a month and 1 full month plus prorated rent if moving after the 15th)

We are a $0 Security Deposit community! For a small monthly fee ($36.00) you will not need to pay the traditional deposit of 1.5 times the rent.

Applicable pet fees/ pet rent

Pitbulls and any mix of them are restricted breeds (All dogs are required to have a non-aggression letter from a licensed vet or a certified dog trainer)

Two pets per apartment (sorry, no exceptions made)

Any dogs 75lbs and up must be on the 1st floor.

$300.00 one-time, non-refundable per pet fee plus $50.00 monthly per pet (cats/dogs only)

Xfinity Wi-Fi – Your new apartment home is Wi-Fi ready! This fully customizable service is just $60.00 per month. Ask us more about this!

Gas – South Jersey, Electric – Atlantic City Electric

Water and Sewer – Billed monthly at Monroe Township’s current rate

Rent Plus - This service is available to you for only $6.95/month and can help build your credit by simply paying your rent! 

Renter’s insurance is required prior to your move in. Ask us how we can make this process easier for you!
