We are a $0 Security Deposit community! For a small monthly fee ($36.00) you will not need to pay the traditional deposit of 1.5 times the rent.

Barclay Glen loves pets and cannot wait to meet yours. Our community allows up to two pets per apartment (sorry, no exceptions!). Larger pups that are over 75lbs. must live in a first floor apartment home. Further information, including one-time charges, monthly pet rent, and our breed restrictions, can be discussed with our Leasing Office!

Xfinity Wi-Fi – Your new apartment home is Wi-Fi ready! This fully customizable service is just $60.00 per month. Ask us more about this!

Gas – South Jersey, Electric – Atlantic City Electric

Water and Sewer – Billed monthly at Monroe Township’s current rate

Rent Plus - This service is available to you for only $6.95/month and can help build your credit by simply paying your rent!
